There are several options in which you may choose to pay for your order. We take all major Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Money Order, Cashier's Check and Personal Check.

*If you'd like to pay with a credit card or Pay Pal simply use our secure on-line store.
*If you'd like to pay with a Check, MO or Cashier's Check simply use the on-line store
*How to use our secure On-Line Store:
-Click on the "Store" tab and a new window will open.
-Browse through the store by clicking on the tabs or by using the search feature.
-Click on the "Add to Cart" buttons for items you wish to purchase.
-Items will be added to your "Shopping Cart".
-Once you have completed your shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" or the "Check out with Pay Pal" button.
-"Sign In" to your account or "Skip Sign In".
-Enter the information in the proper fields.
   -If paying by check or money order, choose "check" in the Payment Type pull-down menu.
-Click on the "Submit" button.

If you have any problems with our shopping cart, don't have access to your own computer, have any questions or would rather place your order via phone please call 480-380-3119. We can take your order right over the phone. If you receive a voice mail, please leave a message and we'll get back to you immediately.

Layaway:
We offer a 30 day layaway payment plan on orders over $200.00. A 50% deposit is due at time of order and balance within 30 days. If a 30 day layaway will not work for you, please contact us and we will negotiate an extended layaway for you. Please allow one layaway per person and or household. All layaways are non-refundable.

Shipping:
Within the U.S. packages are sent Priority Mail®. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery once your order has been processed.
   Shipping prices vary on destination location.

Outside the U.S. packages are sent Priority Mail® International. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once your order has been processed.
   Shipping prices vary on destination location.

Extra Shipping Rates:
Extra services such as insurance or delivery conformation will require additional fees.

Foreign Orders:
We do not ship to the following counties: Indonesia and Nigeria.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Western Union, personal checks and money orders. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee.

Return & Exchange Policies:
We will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase, excluding shipping and handling fees, within 30 days of the shipping date.

Layaways are non-refundable, only exchanges will be issued for same item. If item is no longer in stock a credit will then be issued.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if items have been removed from box.

NOTE: No merchandise may be returned or exchanged without prior authorization. Contact us via e-mail or phone.

When preparing for a return be sure to include the following:
-Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
-To expedite your return/exchange, insert your original receipt.
-Pack and tape your package securely.

We cannot accept any packages without original receipt, lost, stolen, or damaged items resulting from misuse or accident.
