Ordering:
Place your order using our "Shopping Cart" or call toll free 1-877-581-7056.

There are several options in which you may choose to pay for your order. We take all major Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Money Order, Cashier's Check and Personal Check. All orders are placed first using our "Shopping Cart" which is integrated with Pay Pal. You do not need to be a Pay Pal customer to use this service. *Notice: Additional fees may apply if a non Pay Pal member. Once you have completed your shopping, you can decide how you'd like to complete payment.

*If you'd like to pay via Pay Pal simply click the 'Proceed to Checkout" button, sign in to your Pay Pal account and complete your transaction.

*If you don't have a Pay Pal account and would like to pay with a Credit Card or Bank Account, click the "Continue" link on the lower left side. A page will open where you complete your transaction. *Notice: Additional fees may apply using the Non-Member Pay Pal checkout, read User Agreements. This can be found towards the bottom of the "Shopping Cart".

*If you'd like to pay with a Check, MO, Cashier's Check or a Credit Card (we accept Visa and MC through our in-studio terminal). Please follow the directions below and if paying with CC call toll free 1-877-581-7056.

Place your order by using the "Add to Cart" buttons for each item.
-Items will be added to your "Shopping Cart".
-Once you have completed your shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" on the "Shopping Cart" page.
-Within the area that displays the items and subtotal there is a light blue line with a triangle/arrow in the middle.
-Click on the triangle/arrow and your full order is displayed.
-Enter your zip code (or International info) and click on the "Update Cart" button.
-Once your order is updated simply print out the Shopping Cart page.
-Include this print out along with your payment. Also include a note with your name, shipping address, phone and/or e-mail and send it to:

If you have any problems with our shopping cart, don't have access to your own computer, have any questions or would rather place your order via phone please call 1-877-581-7056. We can take your order right over the phone. If you receive a voice mail, please leave a detailed message and we'll get back to you immediately.

Layaway:
We offer a 30 day layaway payment plan on orders over $200.00. A 50% deposit is due at time of order and balance within 30 days. If a 30 day layaway will not work for you, please contact us and we will negotiate an extended layaway for you. Please allow one layaway per person and or household. All layaways are non-refundable.

Shipping:
Within the U.S. packages are sent Priority Mail®. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery once your order has been processed.

Outside the U.S. packages are sent Priority Mail® International. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once your order has been processed.

Extra Shipping Rates:
Extra services such as insurance or delivery conformation will require additional fees.

Foreign Orders:
We do not ship to the following counties: Indonesia and Nigeria.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Western Union, personal checks and money orders. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee. You decide which way to pay. If you don't have a Pay Pal account and don't want to use the "nonmember" check out, simply call our toll free number: 1-877-581-7056 to place your order with a credit card.

Return & Exchange Policies:
We will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase, excluding shipping and handling fees, within 30 days of the shipping date.

Layaways are non-refundable, only exchanges will be issued for same item. If item is no longer in stock a credit will then be issued.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if items have been removed from box.

NOTE: No merchandise may be returned or exchanged without prior authorization. Contact us via e-mail or phone.

When preparing for a return be sure to include the following:
-
Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
-To expedite your return/exchange, insert your original receipt.
-Pack and tape your package securely.

We cannot accept any packages without original receipt, lost, stolen, or damaged items resulting from misuse or accident.
